"Called up Andy when the toilet was playing up. He was immediately helpful, taking the time to understand the problem and talk through the possible fixes I could try. When I opted for replacement he gave helpful advice on purchasing the new toilet (and good options to save money). Turned up on time and made quick work of getting it installed. Did the work with very friendly and professional manner, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend."

"Andy was a real professional to deal with. The waste disposal unit had disconnected itself and dropped to the bottom of the cupboard. Contacted Andy who understood the situation at once and advised he would come to fix it same day. He kept me posted with his time of arrival as he had to travel from Howick to Beachlands, so there was no waiting and wondering where he was. Once he arrived he communicated clearly with me as he explained the problem and sorted it, completely restoring the unit to its place. His pricing was very reasonable. Andy was a friendly and extremely capable person to have for the job. Would highly recommend him."
